You can submit your materials electronically to email@example.com and mail via USPS to us your original signed and notarized “Affidavit of Compliance” or send in all materials and payment via USPS – see page 2 of the Certified Member Mediator Application (PDF) – to the address below. We suggest that you keep a full copy of your application for your records.
You can make your payment online, or, if you prefer to send a check via USPS, please make your check payable to WMA, and please note on the check if MWA Certification Application you are joining, and send in your check to:
