MORNING PANEL: Karen Gleason, Jack Eiseman, and Sharia Yancey will lead a discussion on implicit bias: How do we recognize it? What are its impacts? How can we change the narrative? They will provide ideas you can use immediately to counter these biases!
KEYNOTE SPEAKER: NINA MEIERDING, internationally known expert on cross-cultural, gender, and cultural issues in dispute resolution, will help us understand the challenges of implicit bias and offer advice about specific actions we mediators can take to address implicit bias effectively.
AFTERNOON “UNCONFERENCE:” Take a deeper dive into implicit bias and explore other hot industry topics like peer mediation and the current challenges facing OUR field.
